Residency in Ministry Seminars
Residency in Ministry Seminars are a time to build
community and collegiality in small groups of fellow provisional
members and program resource people who can assist the process
of connecting new clergy into the Conference fellowship. Events
include worship, study, singing, prayer, and play. Hiking, solitude
and informal sharing are frequently chosen options. The hope of
the design team is that probationary members will return to their
ministries more deeply connected to God, to themselves, and to
their colleagues in ministry.
RIM events are scheduled on the same days each year. More Information About RIM
