to Noon with new focus and information and some review for increased
awareness.

- Conflict: Agreeing and disagreeing with compassion.
- Participants will acquire tools for evaluating congregational
strengths
and guidelines for dealing with conflict.
- Tapping the Potential: Nurturing our children and youth.
- Participants will gain strategies
for strengthening congregational
relationships with children and youth.
- Connections: Living
the sacred trust.
- Participants will gain strategies for strengthening
healthy relationships of
clergy and laity.

- Staff - All employees of local churches and conference
- Laity - SPR Members, Chairs of other Board and Committee
Teachers - Workers with youth and children
