Newsletters

• All newsletters are sent to the same distribution list. If you sign up to receive newsletters from the Rocky Mountain Conference, you will receive one newsletter per week plus an extra one at the end of the month. In addition, you will receive emails when the Bishop writes a letter to the Rocky Mountain Conference or when there is urgent news to communicate.
• [RMC Newsletter] - This newsletter goes out on Mondays and contains conference news, upcoming events, continuing education resources, prayer requests, job postings, classifieds and appointment announcements.
  
• To submit items for this newsletter, please send them to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it by noon on the Friday prior to publication. All items submitted for publication in the newsletter will be included at the discretion of the communications staff. Staff also can't guarantee multiple publications of news items.
• To reduce the length of the newsletter, most events will be included just once and then moved to the Events page online.
• The weekly newsletter will focus on news, events, resources and mission opportunities of the Rocky Mountain Conference and the greater United Methodist Church. All content will be referred back to the Rocky Mountain Conference website for more information.
• [M&M Monthly] - This newsletter goes out at the end of every month from the Director of Mission and Ministry's office.

Communications Alerts

There will be no regular newsletters sent during the week of Thanksgiving and the week of Christmas and New Year. Urgent news will still be communicated as needed.
