Spiritual formation was identified as one of the core processes for a person to become a Disciple of Jesus Christ. To this end, the Rocky Mountain Conference seeks to offer multiple opportunities for lay and clergy to participate in programs that assist people in their spiritual formation process. Examples of ministry in this area include the Five-Day Academy for Spiritual Formation and the Two-Year Academy for Spiritual Formation through the Upper Room, and events sponsored by the Society of Spiritual Directors of the RMC.
